Certain habits we all have in our daily lives can give acne pimples without even realizing it. Here are 6 surprising things that can give you pimples and that you should avoid:

EATING TOO SPICY
You like to eat very spicy food and you have acne pimples? The two may be related: spicy food often contains tomatoes and peppers, both of which contain lycopene. This antioxidant can irritate sensitive skin and cause pimples.

KISSING A BEARDED MAN
You probably haven’t thought about it, but kissing a bearded man can give you pimples! Rubbing hair against sensitive skin is, on the one hand, extremely unpleasant and even painful if the skin is really reactive, and it can really irritate the skin, especially if the kisses are regular or prolonged.

Smoking does a lot of damage to your health but also to your skin which is duller, has more wrinkles but also more pimples! Stopping smoking (or smoking less) will help you regain brighter, firmer skin and should naturally make pimples disappear.
